Inspiring Change
Making the first step towards change is often the hardest thing to do. Ellen is a certified coaching professional, NLP Psychologycoach/Mentaltrainer & holistic life coach (body~mind~soul~spirit coach), selfcare & mindfulness teacher, ReikiMaster/energyhealer, feminine embodiment teacher, spiritual teacher, a fellow human being with her own life experiences and different life challenges she has overcome both bigger & smaller. She is a Projector 4/6 (human design) and an energyworker, are intuitive & can sense other peoples energies very well. She is a mentor & teacher, here to guide & coach people to awaken their power & magic so they can create their best life & dare to live a way they really want to live and feel without any limiting beliefs etc holding them back. She has managed to transform her own life many times during her over 40 years on this planet, & have overcome many things from everything from both psychical and mental challenges, different health challenges, diseases, fears and more, to where she is today living her dream & guiding others with their lives. Jumping off the hamster wheel and leaving a normal job in finance after 10 years to move with her family of 4 (the kids were 6 & 9 years old then) to live in Spain full time for 4 years with spending many hours a day outside in nature and mindful environments, connecting to nature, going deep within, exploring different healing modalities and studying & doing energywork & energyhealing (Reiki & more), meditation, yoga, holistic plantbased nutrition, human design, astrology, numerology, physic abilities, divine feminine & masculine energies, soulreadings and more has brought more connectedness,, deep inner wisdom & transformation and better holistic health & wellbeing (body, mind, soul, spirit).
Her passion is to help people awaken their power within, shed limiting beliefs/blocks & discover the amazing & powerful being they truly are.
She guides clients to create a life in alignment with their body & soul and purpose.
She help transform their life in all areas (health, career, finances, relationships and more) so they can fall in love with themselves and their life. She uses a holistic approach so all of you will be taken care of body mind soul spirit.
